Onion Bhaji

INGREDIENTS:
1 large onion 225g or so
85 gr Flour Garbanzo
1 egg
1 Greek Yogurt
1 tablespoon Lemon juice
1 teaspoon salt
2 tsp Garam Masala
2 teaspoon dried fenugreek leaves
1/2 teaspoon chili powder (optional )

INGREDIENTS : MINT YOGURT SAUCE
Fresh Mint Leaves
2 Greek Yogurt
1/2 teaspoon chili powder (optional )
1/2 tsp Garam Masala ( Optional)
1 teaspoon Sugar
1/4 tsp Mango powder



PREPARATION ONION BHAJI
In a bowl , beat the egg and then we add the remaining ingredients except flour chickpea and onion.
Add to the flour mixture and mix well.
While the batter rests a little chop the onion. If a whole onion, cut in half and then each half into two quarters and then into strips about 4 mm wide. Uns strips 2.5 cm should be more or less .
We include the onion mixture and mix well , the whole onion is soaking wet .
Let stand 10 min.
Then heat it in a pan enough oil for frying.
We prove that this hot casting a drop of the mass. Should float immediately
Now we take a spoonful of the preparation for each Bhaji, we can fry several at a time, but leaving about 10 s . From each other so they do not cool the oil too.
Once browned on one side, we give back. When are golden from 2 side them out to a plate with paper towels.
The serve hot with mint and yogurt sauce.

Mix all ingredients
