Recipe: ALOO CHAT

Chat is an Indian dish made with spiced potatoes. It is sold by vendors all over the streets of India.

Ingredients:

3 medium sized potatoes, washed and peeled

½ a teaspoon of Chilli powder 1 tomato, washed and diced

1 teaspoon of cumin powder   1 medium size onion washed

1 teaspoon of Chaat Masala Mango chutney

Lemon juice   Chopped parsley leaves

Salt and pepper, to taste
